Talking on the Alan Carr show, Scherzinger said: "I haven't seen Cheryl since I got the job. If I did, I'd give her a big hug." But she also added: "I'm just grateful for my job - everything happened the way it's supposed to and I know she made the decision that's best for her." Even though Scherzinger was negatively portrayed in the media for 'ousting' Cheryl out of her job, and also following last week's criticism of her performance as a judge on the panel.
